Everyone who has watched Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse knows that the movie provides a plethora of costume ideas. Seriously, if at least one of the different Spider-Men that were presented on screen haven’t already made it onto your list of best movie character costumes for this year, we would be surprised.

The release of the movie itself was easily one of the top pop culture moments of the year so far, with everyone who watched in theaters immediately taking to social media to express how great it was. Some have even gone so far as to say that it was better than its predecessor Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, which was released in 2018. While the jury is still out on that, there’s no question that a cool Spider-Verse Halloween costume is definitely the way to go come October.

Now comes the hard part: With so many characters to choose from, it can be difficult to settle on just one. Everyone knows Peter Parker, who was the very first Spider-Man and debuted that iconic red and blue suit. Then there’s Miles Morales, who dubbed himself Brooklyn’s friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. You also have Gwen Stacy, or Spider-Woman, who makes another appearance in the latest Spidey film. Newly introduced characters like Spider-Punk and Spider-Man 2099 are also solid options.

Luckily, that just means that whether you're looking for an appropriate costume for kids, something super-relevant that touches upon pop-culture or just a new superhero look, there's something for you!

And after you’ve made your decision, don’t forget to take the time to stream all of the Spider-Man movies in order.

We know, we know, this look as been around for a while, but if your kid can't decide which Spider-Man to be, they can always go with a classic suit.

Miles is smart, compassionate and is often considered way better than Peter Parker due to his cooler costume and more powerful moves. You can grab a version of Miles' costume for teens and adults, too!

The villain who takes credit for turning Miles Morales into Spider-Man has a getup that seems easy enough to recreate or buy. Simply purchase the spotted suit, or get a white morph suit and black felt pieces to create the spots.

Another Spider-Woman steps onto the scene in Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse. Her red and yellow look can be easily differentiated from Gwen Stacy's white and black getup.

Let the kids go punk for Halloween this year with this inexpensive option. Once you grab the mask, all you'll need is a red shirt, jean vest and a spiked hair-do.

There are a lot of different Spider-Man options out there. If Pavitr is your favorite one, we get it. He's fun, intelligent and in many ways, is able to set himself apart from the other versions out there.

Sure, this may look like any other Spider-Man costume you've seen, but Miguel O’Hara's signature emblem is a bit different from his other Spidey counterparts.

Peter B. Parker is a little more jaded than the others on our list, but he arguably has one of the best costumes ever. For a family getup, use your baby carrier instead of a bag. To recreate this look for kids, just get a kids-size Spider-Man costume, and grab this pink robe.

He may be another Spider-Man clone, but his iconic blue vest and utility belt set him apart. For kids, it's easy to recreate this look with this Scarlet Spider hoodie.

While she may not be the only Spider-Woman, Gwen Stacy's black white and red look is unmistakable. There's a cool kids' version here too!

There are so many reasons why Spider-Man Noir is a great option: the character can make his own web fluid (take that, Peter), he was able to exist in multiple alternate universes and, last but not least, he came back from the dead.
