Get ready to have a blast this October with the Yavapai CASA for Kids Foundation’s 8th annual Costumes for Kids 5K Fun Run and Halloween Festival in Prescott!

Grab your most boo-tiful costumes and join us on Saturday, October 28th, at the enchanting Courthouse Square on an action-packed morning.

Whether you’re a seasoned 5K enthusiast or a family of eager trick-or-treaters, this event has something for everyone!-A 5k-A 1-mile fun run around the Courthouse– Music provided by Magic 99.1-Games, activities, and prizes-A costume contest with prizes for the best girl, boy, adult male, adult female, and group costumes-Raffles for some a-MAZE-ing adventures-Free pre and post-race snacks and drinks to keep you fueled

But wait, there’s more! We’ve got a special treat for kids under 16 and foster/kinship families—free entry for all, as we believe Halloween magic should be shared by everyone!

Schedule for the day:9:00 AM: Runner and volunteer sign-in, walk-up registration, T-Shirt sales, games, and snacks.10:00 AM: 5K Race begins.10:05 AM: 1 Mile Fun Run begins.10:06 AM: Music, game booths, and socialization.11:30 AM: Awards ceremony for the best costumes, race time awards, free food, and socialization.12:00 PM: Event ends.
